新技术、新机遇改变了项目环境。仅依靠传统的体系化项目管理方法应对新挑战，无助于解决大项目时代的三个重大冲突。运用创变思维，打造非专家团队的核心竞争力，对于企业走出困境是有益的探索和急需的尝试。然而，企业规模越大，创新事物接受越慢。对于大多数企业，变革都是在谨慎的尝试中蹒跚前行的，承担变革探索重任的负责人乃至团队面临微权力窘境。企业需要怎样的创变团队？变革前夜诞生的创变团队至少应该采用哪些实践？吴言老师将分享他的答案，与他在微权力环境下组建创变团队的尝试和体会。共同期待中。
New technology and new opportunities have changed the project environment. Relying solely on the traditional project management system to deal with the new challenges, does not help solve the three major conflicts in the big project era. Using change thinking to build the core competence of non-expert team is a useful exploration and urgent attempt for enterprises to get out of the predicament. However, the greater the scale of the enterprise, the slower the acceptance of changes. For most businesses, change s staggering in a cautious attempt, and assume responsibility for change. The responsible person who undertakes the task of change and exploration, and even the team, is faced with a dilemma of micro-power. What kind of creative team do you need? What practices should a team change at the very moment of change? Mr. Wu Yan will share his answers and try to build a change team in a micro power environment.

嘉宾介绍
吴言
讲师介绍：PMP、SPC4，北京航空航天大学项目管理方向工程硕士。多年从事党政、能源、通信等行业的IT集成项目的管理工作，曽作为主要负责人常年支撑某全国级信息类基础设施的建设和运行工作，作为端到端项目集经理负责某省级信息系统（到区县）建设工作。对于IT类项目的规划、建设、治理工作有深入的研究，对从业者的人员素质、职业生涯规划与团队成长有独到的见解，参与相关行业央企的PMO组建工作。2016PMI中国大会分论坛演讲嘉宾，PMP讲师，项目管理讲师，曽为大唐电信、国家电网等机构提供项目管理主题内训。多部项目管理及人才发展类读物翻译志愿者，参与贡献的书籍包括《活用PMBOK指南（第二版）》，《项目集管理标准（第三版）》《SAFe Distilled》等。PMBOK Guide第六版、项目管理标准第四版最终审阅贡献者之一。
Wu Yan
PMP、SPC4, Engineering Master of Project Management (Beihang University). Long time experience in managing IT integration projects in Party and Government, energy, telecommunication, etc. As the main role, supported the construction and operation of a national level information infrastructure for years. As the end-to-end program manager, took charge of the construction of a province level information system(covering the district and county level). Deep research in the planning, construction and governance of IT project, and Sharp point in personnel quality, career planning and team growth. Played important role in the construction of PMO department in a relevant central enterprise. Forum speaker at PMI（China） Congress 2016, PMP instructor, provided project management training for Datang Telecom, the national grid and other institutions. Volunteered in the translation of several book in project management and personnel development, such as “A Project Manager’s Book of Form”(2nd Edition), “The Standard of Program Management”(3rd Edition) and “SAFe Distilled”. One of the reviewer of the Final Exposure Draft of PMBOK Guide(6th Edition) and The Standard of Program Management(4th Edition).
