GAP Project Manager _job id 55965BR _band 8-9_location: 大连

Job description:
Responsible for driving automation projects within AP/Japan region
- Collaborate with GPE(Global Process Executive), Executions & Center Transformation leader, in the identification & development of automation opportunities
- Work directly with respective focal points to understand project concept and deliverables.
- Develop a project management system to provide visibility on requirement gathering, development, data migration, test coordination and move to production related activities to ensure key milestones are been met.
- Pro-actively identified risks & work with respective team to develop mitigation plan to address them.
- Manage formal project checkpoints and deliverables
- Provide regular project status updates to management team
- Maintain proper Scope document, Project Charter, Solution scope, issue log and requirements.

Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Information Systems or Supply Chain with 4-5 years of relevant experience prefer.
- Possess knowledge in Project Management or PMI certified
- Possess good English & Mandarin communication and written skills
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in Project Management
