ITIL Operation Manager
Responsibility:
Manager Incident/Change/Problem/Release/Configuration process.
o Define the Incident Management Process, documenting expectations and assist in training and guiding impacted parties to adhere to the process
o Understand any incident on a basic level in order to use the appropriate competences (resources)
o Provide metrics and participate in Incident Review Analysis meetings
o Facilitate and manage multi region international change approval boards (CAB's)
o Reviews all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives and close CRs
o Conduct post-implementation reviews of unsuccessful changes
o Responsible for reviewing problem trends and proactively taking action to identify problem and remove errors for service and IT backend.
o Review the efficiency and effectiveness of the problem control process
o Manage risks and resolve issues cross-group that affects release scope, schedule and quality
o Build effective relationships and coordinate work between vendors and key stakeholders
o Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.
o Provide a logical model of infrastructure (hardware, software and associated documentation) by identifying, maintaining
o Verifying the version of all configuration items in Production and Pre-Production environment.
o Plan, design and manage a Configuration management Database( CMDB)
Requirements：
o 6+ years of IT AMS experience or 5+ years of technical online project experience
o Tickets and monitoring tools knowledge both in infrastructure & application.
o Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and Service Management tools is desired
o Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
o ITIL certificate is required
