a leading invest banking are looking for an experienced system administrator to join their infra team in beijing.
dir report to - head of infra team
the candidate is the 1st onshore SA while be part of regional SA team. ideal candidate is expected to pick up the complex system in a short time and can make contribution as quickly as possible. therefore, the successful candidate must be a self-starter, fast learner, team player, and has strong technical skill and communication skill.

- main person responsible for level 1 support for all wintel servers used by onshore sytems.
- proficiency is required in all aspects of wintel administratio including hardwar and software nstallation and troubleshooting, operating system configuration and secuirty, abackup and recovery, capacity planning, monitoring, performance and tuning, research and evaluation of tools and techniques, seripting and automation, standards and proceudres related to the environoment
- server performance runing and capacity management planning including usage of MOM/SCOM and other tools
- creation, maintenance and execution of high availability and disaster recovery and proposals of alternative wintel architectures and solutions
- implementation, adminsitration and maintenance of active directroy and other wintel technologies
- work with regional wintel SA to adopt best pracitces and standard
- responsible for capacity planning and level 2 monistoring
- work with applicaiton teams to understand basic application usage
- lead/participate in projects starting from the technical evaluations initiatio phase to ascertain impact on existing systems, provide inputs on riskes, analyze, to the proposals of solutions and the resepctive deliveries

- min 3 years of experience supporting wintel infra in an enterprise environment coering windows 2003, 2008 required to have MCSE
- experience in a 24*7 microsoft windows server environment with thorough knowledge of microsoft windows architecture including design and support
- experience with installation upgrading and patching of microsoft windows 2003/2008 server
- experience with microsoft windows running in a virtualized environment
- experience with break / fix reslution and root casue analysis
- advance performance tuning / optimization skills
- sbility to automate taskes with scripting
- experience with bakd-up and recovery tools
- good written and oral communication skill in chinese and english
- good problem solving skills able to work independently
- experience or knowledge of china a-share trading is highly preferred
