The position would be specialist or expert level, be responsible for :

-        Senior expert of ISTM consulting project, solution architecture of ITSM domain

-        Technical consultant or presale for the ITSM-related project pursuits.

-        Support the delivery of ITSM consulting project.

-        Improve the capability and growth of ITSM team.

Job Qualifications

-        Expert in Monitor System and ITSM domain, including the popular tools.

-        Experiences the operation process, including the high level processes, such as capability, availability, service level, continuity management.

-        Rich consulting and presale experiences.

-        10+ years professional work experiences.

-        ITIL foundation Certification is Must

-        ITIL V3 Master Certification is preferable

-        Strong the communication skills

-        Good Team work and leadership skill
