    Manage the metrics or reporting projects in TSS Global IA Teamfrom service requirement analysis, development plan and process design, serviceenablement, service delivery monitor, till the end of service (report deployment).


    Work with Data & Metrics/ Reporting/ Metrics Deployment teamsmake sure they are collaborated to support new metrics/reporting products intime for general availability


    After general availability they will work closely with the aboveteams to address any product quality issues that may negatively impact productperformance or changes per user requirement.


    Develop, manage, and implement project development plans to usersreceive seamless metrics/reporting support and all due dates caught on time.


    Provide timely update to user/ stakeholder groups, IA managementteam and up line executives to help them understand the achievements beingmade, issues and changes as they happened. Help secure funding and managementsupport.


    Develop and drive education plan to enable the skills requiredfor the service


    Act as focal point for service support related Issues Managementin TSS Global IA Team, make recommendations for resolution, then drive toimplement


Pre-requisites:

    Knowledge of software development projects management processesand performing user administration for application tools
    Experience in analytical or BI business preferred
    Strong communication and negotiation Skills;
    Fluent in both oral and writing English
    5+ Years working experiences with at least 3 years on projectmanagement roles
    Adapt to multinational culture / working environment
    Ability to work under pressure and cross time zones


Personal characteristics:

    The role requires the ability to work across borders to achieveglobal results,

and to work cooperatively with both management and employees alike.

    The Project Manager must have good interpersonal and excellentcommunication skills; and be a 'self-starter', enjoying self-directed work fromday to day,


    Possess a high skill level in IT skills such as Word, Excel,Internet usage etc

Required Expertise

    Knowledge of software development projects management processesand performing user administration for application tools
    Experience in analytical or BI business preferred
    Strong communication and negotiation Skills;
    Fluent in both oral and writing English
    5+ Years working experiences with at least 3 years on projectmanagement roles
    Adapt to multinational culture / working environment
    Ability to work under pressure and cross time zones
