运维流程管理，负责客户运维流程优化

Qualifications
   

Essential Skills ：
 5 years in IT service management  could handle daily IT operation and related tasks to meet customer's expectation.
 Experienced on tuning the operation workflow and skilled in IT workflow management.
 Experienced in Project management and capability to plan and control the project.
 Strong skills in ITSM/ITIL
 Good negotiation skills; ability to "sell" the chosen solution to stakeholders.
 Handson experience on technical implementation (planning  identifying tasks  etc)
 Good communication and coordination skills  Need to be able to verbally explain and document planned/completed activities
 High tolerance for uncertainty  capability to work independently in a volatile environment.
Desirable Skills：
 Experience in team leading and project management
 Capable of planning and managing resources and project to the assigned goals from the initiation to the termination
 Ability to works with subordinates  other project managers  program management  line organization and other interest groups to solve problems.
 ITIL V3 certification
