Job Purpose: 职位目的	As part of the China Delegation IT team in charge of the support of Saint-Gobain business in terms of IT infrastructure, the job holder shall be responsible to carry complex IT infrastructure projects on behalf of Saint-Gobain Group and/or one of its businesses. Such projects aim at developing new infrastructure standards, supporting any business evolutions in China and ensure that IT infrastructure can meet business needs. The jobholder shall be accountable of the timing, budget, organization, and reporting of these projects.
Key Accountabilities: 主要职责	1. Lead and implement infrastructure evolution projects in a timely manner, on budget, and according to the required standards 2. Maintain local infrastructure to the required service level 3. Perform regular audit to ensure that Saint-Gobain IT global infrastructure standards are strictly followed 4. Manage budget; provide consultancy and/or develop solutions related to infrastructure needs for one or several Saint-Gobain entities 5. Provide advice to other Saint-Gobain companies on best practices regarding infrastructure operations
Qualification Requirements： 任职要求	* Typical Education Level教育背景: ü Degree in computer science or related discipline ü Fluent in both written and spoken English, preferably passed CET Band 4 * Relevant experience, knowledge and skills相关经验技能: ü Very good infrastructure technical ability with a core expertise in one domain, e.g. Server服务器, PC, LAN局域网, Information Security. Linux would be a plus ü Excellent hands-on Project Management proven experience * Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies能力、个性特点和素质 ü Highly motivated, organized, and ability to manage multitasks ü Excellent communication skills, towards multiple organizations, at different levels such as management for project and cost validation ü Capacity to manage change in a documented, timely and cost-effective manner and with user focus in-mind ü Analytical skill, capacity to find appropriate solutions to problems with leveraging from different team expertise
Key Relationship: 主要工作关系	* Internal对内: ü Interact with a team of Infrastructure Experts and User IT Helpdesk ü Cooperation with IT Managers of other Saint-Gobain companies. * External对外: ü Knowledge sharing with equivalent position in AsiaPacific and seek for expertise with Saint-Gobain Corporate headquarters in France
