·      This role reports directly to China Commercial Business RelationshipManager

·      This position is accountable for delivery of projects related tocommercial and process initiatives in support of project management for theGreat China            Business unit in Kraft Heinz.

KeyComponents of the role

Senior BusinessAnalysis        

This is the part of the job that will distinguishyou from other applicants.  Relationshipskills are huge part of this role.  Unlikespecialized and technical analytics skills, being able to communicateeffectively with end users and cross function within the organization are usedevery day and in every area of our partnership with the business. You are alsoexpected to translate business requirement into technical requirement, so itallows you to work with technical team in an efficient way.

·      Proactively actas coordinator with the business community in identifying end to end businessprocess and keep projects on track.

·      Process theability to communicate recommendations back to the business; effectively andefficiently

·      Innovatingand influencing how we deliver projects in the organization; identifyingopportunities to transform the business through the project lifecycle.

·      Customerfocus, on every level and in any functional area, is vital!

Key position functions

You will be responsible for project managementin the Greater China business unit with the following requirements:

·      Business process design andoptimization.

·      Collection of business requirements forIT projects / services and suggestion of technology solutions.

·      All tasks in the systems development lifecycle.

·      Utilize service providers and suppliersto provide technology and application solutions.

·      Project management.

·      Systems and software security.

·      Systems support.

·      Perform training as needed.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/SPECIFIC BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

·      UniversityDegree required, Business Analytics and Computer Science degrees highlysuggested.

·      Excellentwritten and oral communications.  

·      Experiencewith the full project lifecycle.

·      Provenknowledge in FMCG especially in the food industry

·      Willingnessto travel as required, and mobility is an advantage.

·      Businessacumen and ability to operate at strategic and operational planes while alsobeing able to work with people covering all backgrounds and technical    skilllevels.  

·      Stronginterpersonal skills, experience of a multicultural environment is a majorbonus.

·      Self-starter,positive attitude, and drive for results.

CORE AND DESIRED EXPERIENCES/ PREVIOUS ROLES

·      5+ yearsrelevant commercial experience in project management, preferably in amultinational industry

·      Consulting, advancedknowledge and experience with commercial system-DMS/SFA is an advantage.

·      Experiencein managing multiple aspects of Commercial projects including planning, requirementsgathering, development, testing and implementation.

·      Experienceworking with multiple business key members from different functions anddifferent organizational levels

·      Experiencein End User service delivery and user engagement an advantage

·      Experiencein SAP-SD module is preferred
