They work proactivelywith clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a newstrategy in line with competitive and market forces. They also identifystrategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources ofcompetitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process,information technology, organisation enablement, or knowledge. They identifybest practices and client performance gaps, if any. They use tools to identify,align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teamingand develops comprehensive transformation recommendations.RequiredExpertise1) financial consolidation,close and reporting including chart of accounts design and configuration andaccelerated close; 2) planning, budgeting & forecasting including EPMstrategy and process design, EPM package evaluation, selection and design andspecialty package optimization (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, CognosController); and 3) financial business intelligence, analytics and informationmanagement including financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicator(KPI) rationalization and selection, balanced scorecard design and development,executive dashboard design and development and Finance information strategy,design and execution.
