Apply 6-sigma methodology, lean to identify improvement opportunities and work closely with every area or functional to deliver measurable results. 全面负责贯彻6 -西格玛，精益， TPM和持续改进的概念和和方法。运用6 – Sigma及精益方法，确定改善的机会，并和各区域人员密切合作，尽量提供可衡量的结果。l Responsible to develop and establish continuous improvement activities in the plant level in order to improve production efficiency and reduce losses负责工厂持续改善项目的开发及实施以持续优化生产效率并减少损耗；l Seek and implement process improvement and cost saving projects寻求并实施生产过程改进和成本节约的项目；l Proactively coordinate every area or functional to resolve cross-functional customer service issues on a timely manner.积极、主动地与每一个区域负责人协调，及时准确地解决跨职能的服务问题。l Analyze the current operation system of the plant and initiate projects to improve the productivity of the operation.分析当前工厂和已启动项目的运作系统，以改提升工厂生产力l Coordinate OEE. Set up some guideline for each production area and have a regular review meeting.协调OEE工作，建立一些指导性文件和日常的回顾会议。l Coordinate employee suggestion, abnormal tagging activities。促进协调员工合理化建议。l Coordinate 5S activity；协调5S工作。l Provide some suggestions on process improvement.对流程改善提出一定的建议。l Foster culture of continuous improvement, motivate and reward the continuous improvement behaviors of teams and individuals.促进和建立持续改进文化，激励和奖励团队和个人的持续改进行为。 l Conduct special projects as required. 执行其他特别项目的要求。l Other task from manager.其他上级临时委任的工作。
岗位要求：l College education, majored in machine, electrician, Food or related majors.本科以上学历，工业工程、机械、机电或包装相关专业毕业
l Male/Female, age 28-45 years.男/女，年龄28～45岁；l Must have TPM/WCM/CI work experience，experience in plant operation is preferred.必须有TPM/WCM/CI在生产现场的工作经验。有生产运营经验者优先。l At least 5 years of large-scale joint ventures or wholly owned corporate process management experience, at least 3years experience in executive positions.至少5年以上大型合资或独资公司工艺流程管理工作经验，至少3年以上主管职位工作经验；
l Understand FMEA,PDCA,5W2H,20/80 了解FMEA、PDCA、5W2H、20/80
l Strongorganization, analysis, communication and project motivation ability很强的组织策划能力,很强的数据分析能力,良好的沟通表达技巧,很强的项目推动能力
l Strong passion to learn，strong passion to work，get supports for team;学习力强,强烈的工作激情,能取得别人的大力支持;
