全面负责悠易互通技术发展及技术团队的管理。

岗位职责：

1.      搜集同类技术信息，制定技术发展计划；

2.      负责技术部门的团队搭建及人员管理；

3.      带领技术团队完成从需求设计、架构设计、组织开发、产品测试、产品发布到运维整个过程；

4.      根据开发进度合理分配任务，带领团队在规定时间内完成项目的开发、编程任务；

5.      能够对产品经理的需求提出相关的意见和优化方案。

要求：

1.      大学本科以上学历，计算机软件相关专业；

2.      10年以上互联网产品及技术经验；

3.      3年以上CTO岗位工作经验，曾经带领过30人以上的团队；

4.      熟悉主流的DSP架构体系和技术发展趋势。

Key Responsibilities ：

1.       Responsiblefor the overall technical planning and architect;

2.       Teambuilt up and people management;

3.       Leadteam for the overall technical platform setup, product development, Test ,implementation, and maintenance;

4.       Guaranteethe system satiability and function ability, security and project proceed；

5.       Highlevel strategy definition for IT and technical based on Business request.

Requirements::

1.      Bachelor's degree with related majorities;

2.      more than 10 years internet product and technicalexperience;

3.      More than 3 years CTO experience and lead R&D teamwith over 30 headcounts;

4.      Successfully experience for product development andoperation;

5.      Familiar with the DSPtechnical architecture and technical trend.
