Advisory- Performance Improvement - Strategy(Pharmaceutical)- Manager

Responsibilities

• Help leading     pharmaceutical clients to solve enterprise-wide strategic,     organizational and operational issues by formulating strategic     initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming the     operations and processes, and improving business performance;
• Interview     client, identify and summarize key issues, outline project approach and draft proposal content;
• Focused on market     access, product branding, brand management, distribution strategies,     marketing strategies;
• Lead and     manage self-work independently.
  

Requirements

• University     Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years' working     experience in pharmaceutical/medical technology company in internal     strategy or marketing functions , preferably with 3 years in a business     consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization;
• Able to     lead and manage consulting projects independently;
• Experience     in providing consulting services in strategy formulation and planning,     organization design, and operation and business process improvement;
• Experience     with leading industry players, including multinational companies or     domestic large-scale leading companies, is a plus;
  

Excellent command of written and spoken English andMandarin.
