Strategy Consultant(ProjectManager - Advanced Analytics)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Thisis a hands-on Team Lead / Project Manager role. The ideal candidate would beadept at understanding customer's business challenges and define  appropriate analytics approach to solve.  This role would be managing a team andco-ordinate with other teams on a day to day basis to execute all deliverables.

Manage day to deliveryactivities and guide team in executing analytics  projects analyzing large volumes of data.

Study, clean data andrecommend actionable root causes of issues.

Write/modify existing SQLqueries and pull data from multiple sources and then apply appropriate analytics techniques to execute analysis.

Be responsible for creatingPresentation, reports, dashboards etc to present the  analysis findings to the end client.

This role requiresexcellent communication skills. Additionally should possess the ability to  confidently socialize businessrecommendations and enable customer organization to execute  such recommendations.

Required Technical andProfessional Expertise

Should have experience indelivering analytics project across domains (including Retail, CPG,  Ecommerce, Media, FSI etc)

Should have strongknowledge of Regression Modeling (including Linear and Logistic), Customer  Segmentation, Clustering, Statistical tests,Network analysis etc.

Experience with Machinelearning techniques will be added advantage

The candidate should havehands on experience with the following: R, SAS & SQL

Strong knowledge ofAdvanced Analytics Delivery Management processes, tools, onsite-offshore  engagement model.

Proven experience of usinglarge data for providing Analytics solutions.

Should have experience inmanaging analytics project end-to-end and interfacing with clients to  deliver insights and recommendation.

Preferred Technical andProfessional Experience

Should possess above parcommunication and presentation skills and be able to write insights  from analysis findings which in turn can beeffectively communicated to the customer.

Must have the provenability of delivering atleast 2 top quality projects/business analysis in highpressure  situations on time.
