Job Description

We are looking for asolution leader to shape and deliver IBM solutions in the Consumer Engagementarena delivered as a cloud service. A successful candidate need to have astrong combination of deep hands on technical skills of consumer engagementproducts and technologies, business acumen to develop the right businessmodels, and many years of delivery experience implementing consumer engagementsolutions. You will be asked to identify industry trends, understand customerrequirements, analyze competitive landscape to create Consumer Engagementsolutions suitable for the local market leveraging IBM and partnertechnologies. You will also be part of the delivery team to realize thesesolutions in our client’s environment.

·    Presenting IBM’s Consumer EngagementStrategy and Industry Point of View to CXO level client executives

·    Leading the design and development work ofConsumer Engagement solutions for our clients

·    Delivering Consumer Engagement Strategyengagements

·    Bid manage or contribute to ConsumerEngagement related RFx responses

·    Support to close Consumer Engagementbusiness opportunities

·    Create and contribute to Retail andHospitality Industry "Points of View" and Industry positioning.

·    Educate internal IBM Partners andAssociates on IBM’s Consumer Engagement Strategy and capabilities.

Required Technical andProfessional Expertise

Willingness up to 50% ofthe time through Greater China Region

Fluent in Chinese andEnglish

Required Technical andProfessional Expertise

·    Implementing consumer engagement andanalytic solutions and demonstrating extensive knowledge of omni-channelmarketing solutions and ecosystems and a recognized authority in one or morespecific industry solutions (i.e. social engagement, campaign management,membership, CRM)

·    Familiar with IBM software or competitiveproducts in this area (i.e. Unica, Adobe Marketing)

·    A client facing role demonstrating goodpresentation skills. Must have the ability to communicate with clientmanagement and executives.  

·    Estimating effort based on a set ofbusiness requirements.

·    Applying excellent analysis skills and theability to develop processes and methodologies.
