主要工作职能：
1. Understand key performance indicator of each Carestream product, develop RMS agent for each product, and optimize the RMS agent to provide better data capturing mechanism and less performance impact.
2. Migrate existing agent to the new platform.
3. Identify and abstract common remote management features, enrich RMS agent functionalities basing on new platform SDK.
4. Provide support for product development team and service team on RMS agent issues.
5. Follow the agile style for daily work.
录用条件
• Education, Professional experience（教育背景）:
B.S in Computer Science / Information Technology / related computer field or above.
• Technical knowledge（专业技能）:
At least 3 years’ working experience on C++ software development.
At least 5 years’ working experience on software development
At least 1 years’ working experience in multiple-language company.
• Personal characteristics（个人能力）:
Familiar with C++ and STL is a MUST 标准模板库(Standard Template Library)
Familiar with multi-threading(多线程) and socket programming is a MUST.
Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio（可视化） development environment is a MUST.
Knowledge on design pattern is a MUST.
Knowledge on XML encode/decode is a MUST
Knowledge on DB (Oracle, MSSQLServer) accessing is a MUST
Familiar with Unix/Linux system environment and experience on C++ development in Unix/Linux is a big plus.
Experience on B/S development (ASP.NET or J2EE) is a big plus.
Experience on shell programming is a plus;
High ownership, self-driven, willing to change and take challenge.
